Question ID: 389749
I need background information to negotiate a good deal with a carrier
which has proposed leasing a site in San Diego county, California, for
a fixed monthly rent. I have been told to ask for 8-12% of the
revenue generated by the communications handled by the tower which may
carry equipment for several carriers. Is this correct? What do I
need to know to negotiate intelligently?
