Spam free email greeting cards ?is there one out there

I want to be able to send out email greeting cards, but I red the
following about them:

Online Greeting Cards:

Avoid using these if you can. Sending an online greeting card is a
nice gesture especially if you forgot to send a real one via snail
mail. However what you're actually doing is signing your friend and
yourself up for potentially hundreds of unsolicited email's. Typically
when you give your email address to an e-greeting card website they
will sell your email address to spammers.

Is there a service that I can use that won?t harvest my or their
address. I don?t mind paying for it.

thanx in advnce

Well, if you believe privacy policies, hallmark.com's suggests they
will not use your or your recipient's email address for unsolicted
contact . . .

Use a SpamGourmet address. It's a disposable forwarding address. You
decide how many pieces of e-mail you wish to receive, and code it
right into each new address you make up. I haven't given out my ISP
addy in YEARS.
