I own a parcel of land near Calgary, Alberta, and require a document
(probably a single paragraph) that would describe a driveway access
easement on the end of the parcel's "panhandle". The easement is
trapezoidal (sp?) in shape (opposite sides are parallel). If I get any
takers I can provide bearings and measurements from the registered
plan of survey.
