Chris, I checked nealie.net in 2 browsers and the "Under Construction"
looks fine. What disturbs you?

I don't see anything disturbing. When websites are under construction,
it's common to put up a graphic that resembles a road-construction
site.

If your friend had the webpage "www.nealie.net" at one time, it
doesn't mean that they still have it. He or she might not have
renewed their registration.
That page could be owned by another individual or held by a domain
registration company now.

Ah, I see the problem. If you google search "nealie.net", it will
take you to www.nealie.net. However, it also gives you an option to
Find web pages that contain the term "Nealie.net". If you pick this
option, it takes you to www.babykillers.com, which looks the same as
Nealie.net, but with the different website name. The cached version
of this website has some additional links, which con't seem to be
active. I don't know why this is so, but this must be what you are
asking about. Maybe someone else can shed some light on this.
