I am a non-US citizen working and living with a O-1 Visa in the United
States of America. I wish to start a private corporation (e.g. either
a 'S', 'C' or 'LLC') with a US citizen (2 partners)in florida.
What are the basic rules governing my particpation in such a legal structure?
for example, Am I allowed to do this? Is my share in the company
limited to a certain percentage? Are there any prequalifications? Do I
have to be in the United States? and if I am granted a green card,
does that change any of the above?

Thank you so much,
I will tip $5 to the researcher for an excellent response
