What are the costs of deploying and maintaining a voice over ip phone (VOIP)
system in an office or call center? Need 2-3 sources with hard dollar figures.

Have any Fortune 500 companies rolled out VOIP systems to their
offices or call centers?

Has anyone done a study comparing VOIP to analog-phone systems (again,
for an office), looking at costs and performance (call quality, etc.)?

Do you have a target range for the size of the phone system being
installed?  VOIP systems are so widespread that you can even find them
for the home.  However, it makes a difference in per unit costs if
it's small (10-20 users) vs. larger systems with more than 100 users.
