Would Huggies Pull-Ups GoodNites Absorbent Underpants - Xlarge - Kids
85-125 lbs meet your needs?

Giant diapers (not pull-ups) do indeed exist, as they are made for adults:

Would these meet your needs? Again, they appear to be true diaper
style, rather than underwear-style.

he is a 3 year old 50 pound child so that adult diapers would be too
big, we are looking for a child's diaper which would fit him.

Talk to a local pediatrician or inquire at maternity wards at
hospitals to see if they have encountered similar situations to
yours--they might have helpful suggestions.

This website is specifically for children with Rett Syndrome but the
discussion may be helpful as they talk about children in excess of 50
pounds and what "diapers" they use:

"This size is difficult to find and often fits larger children with
incontinence problems as well as very thin frail adults."

I think that you need to deal with your child's weight urgently.
50lbs is too heavy for any three year old. Your family doctor hould
be prevailed upon to provide appropriate tests to determine the cause
of your toddler's obesity. If it stems from a congenital condition
there are now excellent treatments available. If it stems from junk
food then eliminate excessive calories straight away. Your toddler
could suffer a stroke or heart attack with such a heavy load to bear.
Also, your toddler is missing out on the fun of run-a-round. Best
wishes and best of luck.
