I'm seeing strange behavior on our website when we view it from within
our network. Connecting from the outside it's fine, but it's doggy as
all get out when connecting from inside. Often there are tons of TCP
Retransmits, mostly for file Gets. The funny thing is, if we switch
the site over to port 8080, it's burnin' fast internally. There are no
firewall rules on port 80 inside (our webserver sits in a DMZ), and no
content filtering. DNS checks out fine ...

I just can't think what it could possibly be if it's not the firewall ...
