I have this song from a mix tape recorded in 1993, from the Lowell MA
area (Boston MA suburb). It is possible that this was taped off of the
college station, WJUL 91.5, but I am not sure. It has kind of a funk
metal groove, with slow dreamy vocals and ambient vibes as you get
further into it. I am looking for the artist, song title, and album
title.
