I have a print signed by a french artist.  It looks like Cm. Jacquies.
the title of the print looks like Moutuairbre. La Rue St. Rusbique.

I think the title is "Montmartre Rue St Rustique" like this one

different artist, but thanks again. the perspective is from the left
side of the street and a little closer up.

Thank you luntes-ga, but no. I should have also stated that the
perspective is late evening.  I am more curious about the signature. I
cannot think of a single french name that starts with a "c" and ends
with an "m".
