I've been having trouble with resources. Every morning I go to
msconfig and delete noncritical programs as well as some that are not
too critical. However, as I work dutung the day my resources increase
by themselves. I am just trading my old win 98 computer for a HP with
XP.

as you use programs during the day, they load into memory as you open
them, many will stay resident in the virtual memory even after you
exit them. . Also if you do alot of copy/cut and paste you use your
RAM up and graphics use alot of memory as well. Even AOL, MSN and all
the chat programs will stay loaded even after you exit them. Quicken
never fully closes. You can do ctr-alt delete and kill the processes
you dont need, or simply re-boot.

good luck
