I need to find out how much it costs, on average, to ship bananas
(wholesale, per lb. or kg.) between various exporters and importers,
such as Ecuador, Costa Rica, Columbia, etc. and US, European Union,
Japan, etc. The more rates you can find, the better, but even a few
would be helpful.
