I need to know who are the sub-contractors and sub-sub-contractors to
the primary contractors rebuilding the infrastructure of Iraq, some of
the primary contractors being Bechtel, Halliburton, KBR and Fluor.
Other possible primary contractors are DynCorp/Computer Sciences Corp,
Stevedoring Services of America, Abt Associates Inc, SkyLink Air and
Logistic Support (USA) Inc. and Research Triangle Institute, although
I don't know how many of these still have active contracts. I would
need 20 - 30 sub and/or sub-sub-contractors. I am particularly
interested in sub-contractors that are newly hired and still in the
process of organizing their efforts in Iraq. A list of their names
and websites would be sufficient.

There is only one place that that information can be found and that is
with the US administrators runnning what used to be the CPA. I doubt
it can be found on the web and be wary of any answer you get that
comes from a non-US official source. Most information on the web has
been either exaggerated or downplayed and very little real informaiton
comes out of the country. I can tell you also that RTI is not
rebuiliding anything in Iraq, they have the local governance project
and give some grants but they are doing no rebuilding, purely advising
and education. RTI is not a primary contractor either, it is a
sub-contractor to USAID.
