I like to invest in Florida water-front/river-front retirement type
single home property.  What city in florida and what zipcode is known
to be attractive for retirement elders ? What is best way to find
there properties ?

Thank for your informative answer.  Can you tell me the price history
of Tampa and Orlando 10 years ago, and 3 years ago (example: $100K
proper 10year ago increased to $180K 3 years ago, and increase to
$250K now).
Also can you tell me about affect to hurricanes to other disaster on
parts of florida ?  Thank you ahead.

Much of centeral Florida attracts retirement elders. Just West of
Orlando is expensive because of Disney World and other theme parks.
Saint Petersberg, next to Tampa used to be famous for senior citizens.
Be sure to check the 500 year flood area maps before buying as the
water rises in some Florida lakes and rivers on rare occasions. The
Miami area is very attractive to seniors of Spanish decent.   Neil
