Question ID: 390876
Having just un-installed NVIDIA television setup, my font and icons
doubled in size and scrolling has become jerky, seeming to change the
whole page each time, even though I have reduced the action from three
lines to one line. Managed to restore the font/icon size but no luck
restoring the smooth scrolling. Altering scrolling on the mouse makes
no difference. What do I do.

Thank you Pink!. The problem was caused by the LACK of NVIDIA. I
re-installed the drivers from that company and it seems to have fixed
the problem. Only thing was, I got the answer from a relly before I
read your answer. But thanks anyway. Go past go, pick up your three
dollars and your get out of jail card, and I`ll catch you next
problem. Pug.

Pug,

I'm glad to hear that things are back to normal for you. Since it took
me only four minutes to find the link that I posted in the 'Comments'
section, and since that link didn't actually solve your problem, I
don't feel right about accepting a fee. My 'Get Out of Jail' card is
my baptismal certificate. ;-)

Thanks for the offer of payment, but I'll be happy as a clam if you
cancel the question. And we all know how happy clams are.

You might want to try Driver Cleaner:

"Driver Cleaner is a program which helps you to remove parts of
drivers that are left after uninstalling the old drivers. The program
is for ATI and nVidia drivers. First you need to uninstall the drivers
from the control panel than reboot and after that run the program."
