In what state should I incorporate a film production company if it
will be shooting in new york? Should I just do the standard delaware?

In which state is the actual business located?

Sometimes other states are easier to incorporate in for specific reasons.

It is located in New York, NY..but I know many companies simply
incorporate in delaware. thanks.
