I am a 16 year-old Russian citizen living legally in the state of New
Jersey. I came here with my biological parents, but am now living with
an American family, all of whom are US citizens. My green card
application has been pending for several years and should be processed
soon. My parents are however still alive and in the US. THE QUESTION
IS: Is there any way for them
to become my legal guardians, i.e. adopt me, and if so:
    1. How long would it take?
    2. What would it cost / entail? How would I go about doing it?
    3. ***Exactly how would this affect my immigration status? Could I
gain citizenship?***

Thankyou!
