I have been in a contract with celular one for quite sometime now, and renewed (by accident) in february when I changed my plan and phone. The service is awful and I just dont want to deal with them anymore, but I dont wany to pay $20 a month for 2 years to gte rid of them. I am looking for a surefire way to get out of my contract without paying, or perhaps another company that pays your way out of your contract in agreeement that you sign with them instead. Thanks |

If you can document that the service is awful and that you have asked to be released from your contract, The FCC (or equivelent in your country) may give them a hard time. Failing that, you might win if you take them to small claims court which is inexpensive if you don't heir a lawyer. Neil |

If you have used the service for "quite some time" and you renewed the service, I don't think you have much of a case that they should let you out of the contract for ongoing poor service. |
