I am using QB Pro 2004 for my small business. All of my customers issue PO's for the work I perform. There is no problem inputting the PO number into my QB invoices. However, when I print monthly statements, I need to get the PO numbers there as well. I need to show my invoice number, and the customer-issued PO number. Anyone know how to do this? I have gone through the customization process for my statements, and cannot see a way to get it done. Show me how and collect the dough/ | |

Simple, select invoices and within the invoice window select customise Select the Invoice template you want to customise and select edit There are 7 Tabs, select the "Fields" tab and you will see the first option is PO No select to show on screen and print. You may have to use the layout designer to position the field where you exactly want it to be. Trust this helps |
