I have a usb card reader for MMC, SD, CF, when I plug in the USB port,
either no removal disk appeared at "MY COMPUTER" nor it appeared but
it cannot access. At control panel it shows "mass storage device".
It works fine when i use Winxp safe mode, the card reader can be
access. Is there any conflit with other hardware?

Thanks

Did you install any drivers for it? They should not be neccessary
under Windows XP, so if you did try removing them.
