I have a Sony Clie PDA which I tried to hot-sync to my computer. I
had spent two days updating information on my computer and I wanted to
download it to my PDA. Instead, it went the other way and overwrote
all my work. How can recover my data?

Sony Technical won't talk to me unless I fax them my Proof of
Purchase, which I do not have access to at the moment, and I need a
solution fast if there is one.
