Hello Weinerk,

By default, there are no "shortcut keys" for the commands:
 - Data -> Refresh Data
or
 - Data -> Refresh All (*)
but you can assign one by following the steps below.
(*) Refresh All is under the "Data" menu if you attempt to customize
the Data menu (but is not normally displayed).

Use menu
  Tools -> Customize
select the "commands" tab and you should be able to see a list of
commands (on the right on my system). The commands are in alphabetical
order - scroll down to Refresh Data (or Refresh All).

Use the "Keyboard" button to bring up another dialog box. This one
should list the currently defined shortcuts (was blank on my system)
and has an entry field next to an "Add" button. Click on the entry
field and then type the shortcut you wish to use (say Ctrl-Shift-R).
When you type the shortcut, it will tell you if it is already in use
(or unassigned). If it is the one you want, select Add and then OK to
make the assignment. Then OK again to return to Excel.

At this point, the shortcut should be active and will be saved in your
personal preferences when you exit Excel.

This information was found in the Excel online help through:
  (bring up "Search Excel Help")
enter
  assign keyboard shortcut
The first entry on my system was titled
  "Assign keyboard shortcuts to a command or other item"
and described the steps I referred to above.

Note: the help on my system named the field "Assign" (not Add as the button reads).
