I had some after my recovery from my Vasectomy.  It made me loopy.  I
felt VERY drunk. No it doesn't help with sex, unless, like Dr. Bob
mentions, its on a bed of nails or something.

That depends on what you're considering "positive results on sexual
performance." If lasting an outrageously long time is your definition
of "positive effects," then yes, it does. I have lasted half an hour
(or so it seemed, it's not like I was sitting there with a stop watch)
on more than one occasion after taking Vicodin. Not that I'd want to
do this every night, but it was fun to try.
