Please help me find scientific literature, articles and links to web
pages which taking up the issue about patching and upgrading computer
systems. The focus should be on the user of the system and what
problem he will suffer, for example reboots, changes of interface and
so on. The links to the information should be from a HCI (Human
computer interaction) perspective.

after updating their systems, Im looking for articles that proofs

problem that might occure.
