Is there a site that lets you pull up a list of all Domains registered
to a specific owner?  For instance, is there a site that would let my
pull up every domain registered to Acme Enterprises?

No, there is no way to find all the domains registered by one company
or individual.

However if there is a specific owner you wish to determine, it is
possible to run many searches and get a semi-complete list of
registered domains.

if you use whois.sc and have their premium account you can search for
all domains linked to one IP address.  For a large company like
microsoft, this should show many of the domain names that they own.

You should be able pull up a list of all domains registered to the
specific owner by going to the website:
http://www.register.com/whois.cgi
