Queijadas are a type of sweet cheese cake dessert, popular in Portugal
-- especially in the Azores Islands. On São Miguel island in the
Azores, the queijadas in the village of Vila Franca do Campo are very
highly regarded. There are many such recipes, some just called
"queijadas da vila," and most have similar ingredients. If this is
what you seek, I'm sure pinkfreud-ga can provide a number of recipes.

I don't know much about the dessert, just that it is called Queijadas
da villa Fiarca. I have a website for Home Baker's and one of the
guests to my site needs the recipe. She is from the Azores Islands but
doesn't have a recipe and needs one bad!!

Can you please point me in the direction of where I can get a recipe
or two (in English) for this dessert.

If you are certain that the word is "Fiarca" rather than "Franca,"
