I need a description and recipe for Queijadas da Villa Fiarca. I think this is a dessert from the Azores Islands or it may also be from Spain or Portugal. Thank You, Diana | |

If you are certain that the word is "Fiarca" rather than "Franca," I've hit a dead end. If you'll consider "Vila Franca" as a possibility, you might want to take a look at this recipe: http://www.portugal.gastronomias.com/acores028.html |

Is there any way I can get this recipe translated into English? Thank You, Diana |
