What is society attitude to sex offenders and child molesters in Mexico, are they in danger?

My guess is few Mexicans will get envolved, even if they suspect that
a child is being sextually assulted or abused in other ways. Few,
however is enough to consitute a considerable probability of injury or
death to child molesters.  Neil
