Question ID: 392184
I think this next one and the last one are both in Dr Who films cause
I found a third film i was wondering about as a Dr Who episode.
Anyway. I think its one where aliens attack the earth but they look
like humans except they are really lizards and at one point in the
film a guy rips open his chest and reveals that he is a lizard, I
don't remember if he knew he was or if he was turned into one...

Hi Strikeforce,

Could you be thinking of the miniseries "V" (1983)?

"A bunch of aliens come to earth trying to make nice with the human
populous... In reality they're a bunch of lizards in human clothing
who have come to Earth to use it's natural resources because their
planet is dying. This triggers a war between them and us."

Okay, then we'll make "V" the official answer.

The lower photo on this web page shows a ship with a sort of hole in the bottom:

That's from a web site devoted to "V":

-------
search strategy:
I remembered seeing the miniseries myself, so I searched:
 "miniseries v" lizards

Thanks!
