Search Strategy:
I am familiar with the reputation of the Nielsen company and with the
Television Bureau of Advertising ("TVB"), so I went directly to TVB's
site to look for your information. I then conducted various Google
searches to assure reasonable confidence that there is no more recent
authoritative information available online.
I am confident that this is exactly the information you are looking
for, and I was happy to be able to provide it for you promptly. If
anything is unclear, please ask for clarification before rating the
answer.
