Try http://www.driverguide.com/ - they appear to have a driver for
this (may be a Win95/98 driver, but may work on Win2K). They do
require free membership (a few pages of "do you want to sign up for
this?" types of questions before the membership request is complete).

Alternatively, you can search for mm9050.zip (
http://www.alltheweb.com/ ) and get a copy from some location.

The company has gone out ot business, as you may already know.

Thanks. I tried all the drivers (win9x and win2k) provided on that
site (http://www.driverguide.com/) for the chipset but my installation
wouldn't accept any of them.

Thanks pitbulk-ga, but unfortunately I returned the modem yesterday in
favor of a US robotics one. They have more current/active driver
development for their products. Thanks for the reply though.
