I am looking for a resource(s) online that shows TV advertising rates
for the main TV stations in Germany, France and Switzerland.  Ideally
broken down by time of day.  These costs will probably be given in
cost per thousand (cpm).  Also helpful would be the actual number of
viewers by time of day.
