What registry entries need to be set in order to associate an
extension with a program and an icon?  If a file with extension .xyz
were double clicked it would open with xyz.exe and have the icon
xyz.ico.  Thank you for your time.  Have a great one.

This is how you do it with Visual Interdev but can easily be adapted
for other languages.
