Where can I buy the Truform wrist brace '781 - White' as described on
the website below:

http://www.surgicalappliance.com/TRUFORMOTC/ue_wrist.htm

I am in the UK, so the answer must either be a dealer in the UK or an
online retailer who will deliver internationally. Quick answer will
merit a tip.

Hello -

I'm posting this as a clarification request to get your approval
before posting it as an answer. I found a retailer in the states who
can special order the brace and ship to the UK. However, it's not an
"online retailer" as specified in your question. Nevertheless, you
can still essentially complete this transaction online by emailing a
representative named Tara at tarag_nelson@yahoo.com with your credit
card information along with glove size and left or right hand
specification. The glove is around $57 for the brace itself +
shipping to UK.

Would this suffice as an answer?

correction: that should be "brace" and not "glove"

Slightly more clunky than I'd have liked, but ok in the end :)

Just as a comment -- if you have wrist, hands, or forearm ache, do
yourself a favor and buy a Flextend exercise glove (www.flextend.com).
Many insurance companies will pay for them. I had significant pain
in my hands, wrist, and forearms (carpal tunnel syndrome type aches).
I bought a glove for both hands, did the exercises for 8 weeks, and it
corrected everything. What these gloves do is fix the muscle
imbalance in these areas by strengthening the extensor muscles
(located on the top of your hand/wrist/forearm). These muscles hardly
ever get used in comparison to the flexor muscles on the opposite side
(which are continually being used). The flexor muscles are overworked
and pull on the tendons/ligaments, creating aches and pains of all
kinds. Once the extensor muscles are as strong as the flexors again,
everything is back to normal.

Hello, thanks for your comment. I'll bear the Flextend glove in mind,
as I know people at work with these kind of wrist pain symptoms.

But in the case of this question, I really am looking for the Truform glove.

Thanks again

Steve -

Thanks for the tip. Sorry it was a little round-about, but Truform
doesn't have a rep in the UK, unfortunately. Let me know if there are
any problems in the shipment. Thanks.
