This is my first time using this service... I need cited facts and 'tid-bits' supporting the idea that real world experience can give you the edge over your competition in the entertainment industry - More specifically in live performance. for example: (this is totally made up) casting directors are 50% more likely to hire an auditionee with experience in front of an audience. I'm trying to attract both new college graduates and folks just trying to make a start in live performance. I want them to know that working with me and my company is a good place to start building their resume. I need facts based on Live Performance roles. I need as many as you can find. |
