Hi,
We have a problem with a web server. Users cannot load any secure HTTPS pages
(especially, when using low-speed connection: dial-up). Client
receives error ?Page cannot be displayed?. All other pages are working
just fine. This problem is intermittent, arises unexpectedly from time
to time. Web server configuration is never changed. Usually it
continues for several hours 2-6 hours and stops without making any
changes to server.

We have tested this problem on several computers. When using T1
connection secure pages load without any problems. The same computers
connected to the Internet via dial-up cannot reach any https pages.
Problem is identical for IE 6.0, Netscape, Mozilla.

You can check the web-site: www.compuvest.us. Click ?Sign In? to test https page.

We tried to stop OS-integrated basic firewall but id didn?t not resolve problem.

We are not sure what is causing the problem. We are evaluating
following potential problems:
-	Incorrect server configuration
-	Outside attacks on port 443
-	Firewall settings
-	DNS settings
-	Second network interface connected to local network.

We are using the following software for the web server: Microsoft
Windows 2003 Advanced Server, Microsoft Windows IIS 6.0. We have
internal DNS servers on Solaris9 ns1.compuvest.net, ns2.compuvest.net.

If you need we will send additional server configuration specs.
