The link following is "Immigration through a Family Member":
http://uscis.gov/graphics/services/residency/family.htm

The link follow is "Immigration through Employment":
http://uscis.gov/graphics/services/residency/employment.htm

For forms & Fees of US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS),
visit the following link:
http://uscis.gov/graphics/index.htm

You should always visit USCIS for visa qualification and clarification
since they are the one that give out visa, etc. or you could alway
find an lawyer that specializes in this kind of work... but it will be
expensive.

Good Luck and hope this works!
