There was a film on The Disney Sunday Movie in the 80's entitled "The Brat Patrol"
I wanted to make a purchase of this movie, but my research limited me
to e-bay. I recently made a purchase of this movie, only to realize
that PAL vhs is not compatible with american vhs standards. (NTSC) So
I did a research for PAL to VHS conversion, but ran into some
copywrite issues, which complicated my goal. I would be so happy to
purchase an copy of "The Brat Patrol" in NTSC format so I can enjoy
it. However, I would also be willing to convert my british copy if I
can find a service that would
do it for me. 

Where could I find a copy of "The Brat Patrol" in VHS-NTSC format, or
a conversion service to convert my PAL version into an NTSC version?

I meant that I did a research for PAL to NTSC conversion. I just
recognized my error after posting this.

I am not sure about converting the VHS cassette itself. Some
televisions and videos are able to convert to the other format. I
remember that my parents' very old TV was able to transform through a
button changing screen definitions on the back of the TV. I am not
sure that this is true for all TVs.

A friend of mine has used this company which converts PAL videotapes
