I am looking for a list of business fax numbers for a certain area, I
would like to bulk fax them.

Is there a way to find such list? Geographical area: Ottawa, Ontario
Canada. I would like to be able to sort the list by area code (known
in US as Zip Code) as I only would like to target a certain area of
the city not the whole city.

I don't know about the laws in Canada, but in the U.S. bulk faxing is
illegal. You can be charged a fine of $500 per fax machine that
receives an unsolicited fax from you.

I think this is legal in Canada (to businesses, not homes).
