Hi nancygantz,

I'm sure we can track the culprit down. As a first step, run the
following programs -

HouseCall, a very thorough online virus scan which often finds things
that other programs miss.

1) HouseCall:
Select "My Computer", "Auto Clean", "Scan". 
Delete any viruses that can not be cleaned.

Spyware:

2) Adaware:
Install, Update and Run. Remove all Spyware that it finds.

3) Spybot Search and Destroy (check for updates before running):
Install, select "Update", "Search For Updates".
Check the box next to each update and then select "Download Updates".
Select "Search and Destroy", "Check for problems".
"Fix selected problems". 
Select "Immunize" as a preventative.
