I am a person who has had a stroke and now I am disabled.  I am
looking for a grant to do home improvements on my home to bring it up
to code. I have 2 children and a husband and we would like to bring
the house up to code and we do not have the money.  I have searched
the internet and all I get is people that want money to get a grant. 
Can anyone help?
