How do I get in contact with Ten-Tek Electronics who made smoke detectors?
They were out of Willowbrook,IL.

I found no listing for Ten-Tek in the Illinois Secretary of State's
corporation-name search or in the Yahoo! Yellow Pages.

 Could this company have possibly been Ten-Tec Electronics?  They are
based out of Tennessee, but have many offices and could possibly have
one in Willowbrook.

They may have also changed their name, because of the popular business
Ten-Tek which deals with technical staffing. (http://www.tentek.com/)

Maybe if you tell what facet if their smoke detector you seek you will
quicker and possibly a serendipitous result. Might you be thinking of
a smoke detector with easy-reach battery replacement? I know of such a
source.  With this smoke-detector your Elderly or Handicapped parents
can replace dead batteries without having to climb a chair or
ladder...

The closest thing registered in IL records is Tenotech Inc, listed on
a Willowbrook Drive. Incorporated on 5/22/1998.

Did anyone find Ten-Tek for smake detectors, or someone who purchased
them, or make replacement parts/devices for their products?
