I have an LLC in which I have 75% membership and my colleague has 25%
membership.  We have both made the appropriate capital contributions
when the LLC was formed.

We would like to add a colleague as a new member, but who will not be
making a capital contribution.

The question is:  May a member be added to the LLC with 0% membership?
