I received a speeding ticket on I-81N for driving 81 mph in a 65 mph
zone. There is no fine amount on the ticket. I can either plead
guilty or go to court. Since I live about 300 miles away, the court
is not preferrable, but without knowing the fine, I feel I cannot make
a valid decision. Time is money, right. Any help is appreciated.

Each violation is scheduled with it's own predetermined fine. There
should be an inquiry phone number on your citation. Look on the back,
down toward the bottom perhaps. Unless your citation is a mandatory
appearance violation they will tell you how much to send in to pay
your fine.
