TLC Beatrice International, Inc. was a billion dollar company that has
been divested and essentialy no longer exists. I would like to know
what the logo or stationary from this company looked like. |

This is as close as I can get you on the logo, so far:

I found some old annual reports and legal cases from TLC Beatrice, but
they're all in text format, hence logo-less, I'm afraid.
How many examples do you need to make for a thorough answer to your question?
Let me know.

I really need to see an example of their logo. If I could see an
example of their old corporate stationary that would be great. One
good example would be good enough. (I doubt that their logo was just
their name in green text)
TLC Beatrice International Holdings, Inc.
If you are able to find a real example of their logo I will tip generously!

Their logo may very well have been just their name in green text
(after all, Johnson & Johnson's logo at the same link is just their
name in red text!).
TLC Beatrice did not try to develop a strong corporate identity around
their name Instead, they focused on individual brands within their
corporate line (just like Unilever -- provider of Lipton Tea and other
well-known brands -- does today).
However, I'll keep looking and see what pops up.

By the way, at the link I gave you earlier, the law firm uses the
logos of all the other clients they mention on that page, so I think
it's reasonable to assume they have used the (rather non-descript)
logo for TLC Beatrice, as well.
