I am a lumber exporter to USA and Europe. I want to start(Incorporate)
a company in Usa and I want to do marketing based in Florida. How
should I do this?

Also I need information about the type of visa that I will get for me
to live in florida.Is it going to be b1 visa, isnt b1 visa valid only
for 6 months.

Go to www.bizfilings.com they will do it all.  Just pick the state and move forward.
