Can someone tell me the name of the male actor on the Morgan Stanley
commercial that shows a couple at the beach with a Morgan Stanley
broker sitting with them? I'm looking for the name of the man who
plays the broker. He's a character actor I've seen many times who
happens to look a lot like someone I know.

I believe Mark L. Thomas is the actor you're speaking of. You may
remember him in movies such as Aracnophobia, Innerspace, Honey I
Shrunk the Kids, as well as numerous roles on television like Melrose
Place, The Practice, Ally McBeal and the more recent Summerland on The
WB.
