Hello Coldkoki 'Quo vadis is a Latin phrase meaning "Where do you go?" or "Who goes there?". It is used as proverbial phrase from the Bible (St. John ch. 16, v. 5).' http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quo_vadis The above page is from the excellent Wikipedia site and also discusses the phrase and its various uses in literature and other media. If you have any further questions on this subject please ask for clarification and I will do my best to help. |
