If the clips you wish to use are from Star Trek films, you can use Paramount's Film Clip Licensing Submission Form: http://paramount.com/filmcliplicensing/pdf/submission_form.pdf And fax it to this person: Larry McCallister, Executive Director Licensing, at 323-862-2231 His phone is 323-956-5184. The main Paramount line is 323-956-5000 If the clips are from the TV show, he should be able help or at least direct you to the appropriate person - Paramount Pictures and Paramount Television is on the same lot.
