Due diligence on Robert Gates of Seeble Investments (USA?) (NYC?)
In theory this guy oversees and advises pension funds on investment,
can anyone tellme anything about him.

I haven't found anything useful about a Gates/Seeble (Siebel?)
connection.  However, the "wrong" Robert Gates (i.e., the former CIA
chief, now President of Texas A&M) is on the board of the Fidelity
Funds, which, of course, is a very large participant in mutual fund
and pension fund management.
