Please provide me with the exact rules for when a work published and
copyrighted in Australia or New Zealand enters the public domain. Plus,
any reference sites I can see to verify.

Also, if a work is public domain in one country (i.e. USA) can an Australian
citizen sell that work online even if it didn't fall into public domain in AU?
