Please provide me with the exact rules for when a work published and copyrighted in Australia or New Zealand enters the public domain. Plus, any reference sites I can see to verify. Also, if a work is public domain in one country (i.e. USA) can an Australian citizen sell that work online even if it didn't fall into public domain in AU? Thank you |
